I spent years helping lead a large organization with over 35 employees, gaining valuable experience in leadership, operations, and organizational growth. Along the way, I was honored with Community Service Awards and Presidential Awards in the Commonwealth of Virginia, experiences.

But throughout this journey, I realized something fundamental: The most successful business systems in the world are useless if the person running them lacks the framework to manage their own life.

I created Phenomenal Impact and the CEO of My Life™ framework to bridge the gap between technical strategy and personal transformation. I saw too many talented, driven women navigating life’s major transitions—career pivots, business launches, and personal growth—without a clear “operating system”. I knew I could change that.
